Body progression

No start date.
No finish line.

Log your weight, food and training. Every action earns XP toward a level and a rank you keep for good.

The LEVEL Today screen showing level 15, rank C, a 90-day log streak and a 180.3 lb trend weight.

Most trackers end.
Then you start over.

Twelve weeks, a before photo, a finish line, and a reset to zero. LEVEL has none of that. There is no program to be behind on and no week you failed. Your level only goes up, and it starts the moment you log something.

Four things, every day

  1. 01

    Weigh in

One number, once. The 16-day trend does the thinking.

  2. 02

    Log food

Barcode, search, or type it. Calories and protein against your targets.

  3. 03

    Add steps

One field. It counts toward the day like everything else.

  4. 04

    Train

Log sets on the Lift screen. The weekly count fills itself in.

Calories and protein logged against targets, a step count, and the week's training count on the LEVEL Today screen.
Nothing to tick on the training card. Finishing a session on the Lift screen fills it in.

The engine

Six ranks. One direction.

Rank ladder

  • E
    Lv 1+
  • D
    Lv 5+
  • C
    Lv 10+
  • B
    Lv 20+
  • A
    Lv 35+
  • S
    Lv 60+

Rank follows your level, and your level follows lifetime XP. It never resets, and it never drops.

Streak multiplier

1.5×

Every XP award is multiplied by your streak, climbing for 30 days and holding at 1.5 times.

What earns XP

  • Morning weigh-in +10
  • Hit your calorie target +25
  • Hit your protein target +25
  • Finish a workout +60
  • Set a personal record +100

Daily base cap

400

A hard ceiling before the multiplier, so a single heroic day cannot outrun a month of ordinary ones.

The scale lies. The trend does not.

Daily weight is mostly water and yesterday's salt. LEVEL smooths it into a 16-day exponential moving average, then reads your real energy burn off the drift between that trend and what you ate.

  • 16-day trend weight

A number that moves when your body does, not when your sodium does.

  • Smoothed TDEE

Your maintenance calories, measured from your own data instead of a formula.

  • Progressive overload built in

Build a program once. Each week prescribes the sets and reps, and last session's numbers sit right there.

31 trophies. None of them participation.

Bronze to diamond, earned against logging streaks, weight lost, workouts finished and lifetime XP. An opt-in leaderboard if you want someone to chase, and nothing shared if you do not.
